Donate to help rescue dogs in Cyprus

We deeply appreciate any help you can provide. Unfortunately, in our challenging work, financial support is the top priority. Without your generosity, we cannot take rescued dogs to their first vet visit, provide essential vaccinations, or ensure they are spayed or neutered.

Many of these dogs suffer from serious illnesses such as leishmaniasis, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, and giardiasis - conditions that require long-term and costly treatment. Every bit of help makes a difference!

Imagine this: even a €5 donation can buy a deworming tablet for a dog suffering from parasites. Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in giving these animals a chance at a healthier and happier life.

Where your donation goes

Your donation pays for the care of the dogs we rescue from the municipal shelters in Germasogeia and Mesageitonia, Limassol district:

• First vet visits – a check-up and diagnosis for newly rescued dogs.
• Vaccinations – protecting dogs from common and dangerous diseases.
• Spaying and neutering – essential for every dog's health and for reducing the number of strays.
• Long-term treatment – medication and follow-up care for illnesses such as leishmaniasis, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, and giardiasis.
• Parasite control – deworming and other preventive treatments.
• Food and shelter supplies – food, bedding, and other essentials that keep the dogs comfortable and safe.

Donations are received by the UANA Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation in Cyprus (Reg. Number ΗΕ 442538). CARE Project is a volunteer-run initiative of the UANA Foundation.
